Money in US defense bill allocated for Taliban to give up resistance
The chairman of US Senate Armed Committee (USSAC) Senator Carl Levin has said a new Article has been made part of US defense bill, allocating money for Taliban to lay down arms and surrender to US-led allied forces in Afghanistan.
According to this freshly inducted Article, a new Iraq-liking program will be commenced in Afghanistan, which will be aimed at Taliban-based militants to remake them productive part of society.
